Easy Exercises to Help You Firm Your Butt Female: But I do have an exercise for you and this is something you can do anywhere, any time you can do it in here. I'm just going to show you in just a minute. Alright so this is a wall sit and basically you want to get about 2-feet in front of a wall. You want to lean back and then you want to put your feet -- actually your knees at a 90 degree angle and just bend into and hold it and you can just feel the burning and its hard for me to talk to you through this already. And if you want to increase the resistance and you do this with weights and this is going to really help that back side to firm up and tone. So you can try that right? Easy, easy, easy. Male: You know a great variation of that is you mentioned weights, hold it a weight above your head while you're doing it it’s a great body toner. Female: So you just sort of gradually do a little more -- a little bit more and you get a little bit more tone there.
