Kane: No excuses, there are no excuses in tonight’s exercise. So, something you can do it, I don’t think you’re going to get away with that -- your everybody’s plan here come on Robert grab some. So, doesn’t have laundry detergent at home, everybody does, so by two little ones and set a one big one and use that as something to do exercise. Let’s spread out a little bit here, I want to do a basic lateral race. Now something Christine said, Miss, I want to torn my arms, okay. I hear that all the time women I want to torn my arms. So you guys keep doing this don’t stop. Robert: Kane, let’s get our audience involved, you’ll have bands they’re called aylio bands, right. Kane: Yeah. Robert: $5 not really expensive, so everyone stand up and give yourselves a little bit of room. Can we turn the music up? Kane: Yeah, put some; get you warmed up, it’s called in here. What we’re going to do and you’ll have to turn around your hand, you can’t if you want and you just kind of give this basic movement just like this. If you want to increase the tension, hold in a little closer together; if it’s too hard just go a little wider. Alright, now I don’t anybody stop out there; I don’t want to see any arms go down. I want you to feel that burn, little training let for you. Now what you’re doing, now let me show you a few other things that you can do. You mentioned you love kick boxing and look at this you can straight to a resistant kick boxing move right here. So simple keep doing watch your doing, I want your shoulders to burn and I want don’t want you’re punching with your neighbors, these little sackers cost about $5, okay?
