Dumbbell Fly Wrap Around Exercise My name is Antoine. The next exercise we’re going to be doing today is one of my own, it’s called dumbbell fly wrap around. Dumbbell fly wrap around sticks with the working more muscles, incorporating different muscles, having the muscles work together. Once again, they burn the most amount of calories. You’re going to lay straight, bring the dumbbells down in a flying fashion to the arms that are pillared with the ground. You’re going to come up, wrap your arms around your legs and back down. Muscles working in this exercise, pectoralis major and minor, as well as those core to stabilize. Why do I like this exercise? Because I like to do as many muscles -- muscle groups as I can at the same time, that way burning the most calories and gaining the most out of my work out. That way I'm in the gym and out of the gym with the best work out that I can get at the least amount of time. In a way how I, I don’t want to say trick but of course my clients, and to working harder, or working out is taking things from their day like everybody goes through the day and they have something, they kind of made them upset and I try to bring that out and use that, telling them, “Come on, you know your balls got you upset, right? Yeah come on, let's do a set of squats.” And now we’re going to get five more -- five, four, three, two and last, one.
