Fitness guru Jillian Michaels challenges E.R. physician Dr. Travis Stork to another fitness challenge.

Dr. Travis vs. Jillian Michaels Travis: Well the last time Jillian was on the show, she and I went head to head in some physical challenges to show you great ways to burn calories. Let’s just say Jillian can be a little bit competitive, take a look. [Demonstration] So as you can see Jillian here thought there was some manipulation in our scoring system. So today we’re going to have a rematch and declare the ultimate winner because Jillian and I were both known for -- and staying fit. We’re actually going to combine great food, the egg with a great workout exercise, the lunge. Into the challenge we’re calling these egg lunges and the reason we’re doing lunges is lunges, hey they’re free. You don’t need any equipment. You can do them on your own at home and they work virtually every muscle, your glutes, your hamstrings, your thighs, your -- really every leg muscle. Jillian: Exactly, very cardiovascular as well. Get the heart rate up. Travis: And the reason we’re doing eggs is another quick teaching point. Eggs they’ve been much my line for no good reason. Believe it or not an egg has about 80 calories filled with omega 3’s which are good for your heart, protein, vitamins A, D, and E. In moderation, these even though they have cholesterol on them haven’t been found to raise blood cholesterols levels much and I include these in a heart healthy diet. And hopefully we won’t be going any on the floor here. Andrew: Fitness divas are you ready? On your marks, get set, go. [Demonstration] Jillian: Charity, I don’t want your charity. Andrew: Come on over here. We want you two to verify the -- Travis: Come on that was fun. Lisa: Yeah that was awesome. Andrew: You’re both fit but you’re both a little winded, so I meant to -- Travis: That was a good workout. Jillian: I agree because I should do this on biggest loser. Andrew: Alright let’s see how you two did. What’s the official count for Jillian? Lisa: We have six for Jillian. Andrew: And doctor T? Jim: We’ve got the same, six. Andrew: It’s a tie and you know what that means? Rematch, are you ready for a rematch? Jillian: I am ready for a rematch. Jim: Are you ready for a rematch Jillian: Look where his leg is. Travis: Yeah that means I have to bend twice as far down. That’s a long way down. But we had fun and we reacted doing lunges which are great exercise.
