Dr. Travis' Fat-Burning Tips F is for fat. Two thirds of Americans are overweight. The solution is not complicated. It’s fitness, so here are my fat burning tips. Warm up, it helps prevent injuries and get that heart rate up, ready to start burning calories. Interval training, by varying your intensity, you’ll actually burn more calories in less time and you will end up faster. Lifting weights is going to increase your metabolism and help you burn more fats and make you stronger. Lifting weight is absolutely key. Circuit training; go from one activity to the next. Keep it burning, keep burning those calories. And when you’re done, don’t forget to stretch.
