Well, breast cancer, we knew this almost 20-25 years ago, was the paradigm shift in the treatment of all cancers. We used to think of cancers just as locally confined to organs and yet, the patients would succumb to their disease when the cancer would go elsewhere in the body. So, breast cancer was sort of like the space program of cancer because it needs multiple specialists, surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, all working together in a multi-disciplinary way, but just like with AIDS the kinds of things that have been developed in breast cancer research have huge applicability to all cancers. So it has been a very pioneering and challenging area to work in and frankly I also enjoy the patients. They are wonderful.
