Hi I’m Carlos and today I’m going to show you a double bicep with a tricep extension. I’m going to start off by grabbing some dumbbells anywhere from five to 10 pounds, putting your legs shoulder width apart, back straight, core nice and tight. I want to start from here, I want to come up one, come back, two, three and back down, four. That’s a very basic exercise, it just works out the top part of your arm but it also works out the back part of your triceps. So it’s like a two-in-one type of workout. What this is working out is your front part of your bicep and the back part of your tricep, working all your small core muscles as far as your abs, your biceps, your triceps and your posture. You can do this three sets, 10 to 15 repetitions. This can be done at home, it’s very easy to do as well. It’s a very easy and effective workout. I’m Carlos and I’ll see you in the gym.
