It’s naturally great when you stand all day in the kitchen cooking a holiday meal. But if you go overboard, you could consume meals worth of calories before you even sit down for dinner. To ensure you don’t end up as stuffed as the turkey, make yourself an 80-calorie plate of crudite, just include four whole-wheat crackers, one large rib of celery, five baby carrots and a teaspoon of ranch dressing. For sipping, fill your wine glass with sparkling water with a garnish of lemon or lime and save your wine for dinner. This way you can have your snacks and eat dinner too, check back tomorrow for another sixty-second solution.
