Don't worry about you should do; do what you like to do. If you aren't a runner, then get your heart pumping by jumping rope. Minute per minute you burn the same amount of calories jumping rope as you do running. If you aren't into biker, well, then try out a pair of rollerblades. A 150 pound woman can actually burn 357 calories rollerblading for 30 minutes versus only 297 biking for a half hour. Now there are lots of ways to burn calories and tone your body.
