Female Speaker: Do I really need to lose weight? Tracee Yablon Brenner: You really have to evaluate your current diet and see if you are overfed and undernourished. So, if you are eating a lot of refined sugars, processed foods, if you are not getting enough green leafy vegetables, whole grains, root vegetables, fruits, beans, herbs in to your diet and if you are not, you need to revaluate your current diet and add those to your diet. Naturally, your body will tend to lose weight once you start eating real whole foods again.
