Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time getting down to the music and moving so I want you to get up and join us, come on. We are doing athletic moves today and it is called the funky march so watch my feet. You are marching on the spot now, pumping those arms. These athletic moves are going to really get your heart going and that is what you want to be strong and healthy. Good. Let us add an arm move that is called the bicep and you are going to take your arms out and you are just going to squeeze those biceps in and in. Why do you think you need strong biceps? Guess what, if you want to throw a baseball or a football or swing a bat and think about track and field. What do you do in track and field, you got a shot-put, discus, you are throwing things and you need strong arms and that means strong biceps. Good. Let us go down and up now. Looking good. We are breathing hard. That means oxygen is going through our body and that means we are getting fit.
