Hi and welcome to this week’s Screw the Gym video. In this month’s series, we will show you how to stay in shape with everyday activities around the house. Today, you will see how washing dishes will give you one sexy workout. Step number one is to start working those suds. We all know that nothing gets clean unless you put in a little elbow grease. Cleaning in a circular motion is working her deltoids, biceps and triceps. And every time she rings out that sponge, she gets a great forearm workout.
