To determine whether or not your fatigue issues are gut health related, you know starting off with the diet diaries, an important thing to do. Therefore, you will be able to know how your food that you’re eating is, your body is responding to the food that you’re eating because everyone is going to respond to food differently, and respond to different foods differently. So the most common food out there that are kind of run flags to people are going to be like wheat and dairy but not everybody responds to wheat and dairy. So what maybe a problem for one person that is resolved by wheat, maybe something like basil in somebody else. So by keeping a diet diary and also keeping track of symptoms of fatigue and other physical symptoms you can then go back and see that oh look there was a day that I didn’t have a wheat or dairy and yet I still have those symptoms therefore neither wheat nor dairy are probably foods that are causing me problems.
