Female: Point the toes, exhale, bring the hips up and the soles of the feet down. Press the palms into the ground and push your chest away from the shoulders. [Demonstration] Smooth breath. [Demonstration] If you want to go a little farther, one leg comes up and exhale. [Demonstration] The other leg comes up and exhale down. [Demonstration] Let us bring the knees up a little bit. Let us try it this time with fingertips away. Inhale up to table pose, you want to make sure that your knee ends up right over your ankle. So, just try and measure that out.
