There are many ways to do a colon cleanse and the 10 day cleanse is a good one for beginners. For the first seven days eat only organic and plant base foods and drink fresh carrot, apple, peaches along with two ounces of wick grass juice everyday. Also take a colon cleanse herbal supplement everyday. Starting on day replace dinner with Bentonite clay and psyllium drinks from day 8 through day 10eliminate all food and instead alternate between he herbal supplements and the bentonite clay and psyllium drinks through out the day and conclude with an enema. Continue to drink the fresh wick grass juice everyday. On day 11 eat an organic salad to break your fats. Also take probiotics to jump start your colon. you will be a standard by how much stuff came out of you and how great you feel after doing this cleanse.
