[Music Playing] Spirituality Spirituality is to experience of domain of awareness, which is universal and we experience that domain of awareness, which beyond our personal skin encapsulated ego identities then we have this spontaneous on this turning of love, compassion, it becomes our nature. Not as moral dictate but something, which is a natural expression of ourselves. It also gives us insight into the mechanics of how intention or orchestrates its own fulfillment. Spirituality is also a sense of connection with a creative part of the universe. The mystery that we called God and by having a sense of connection to that creative part. We gain self-esteem and have the ability to create because we align ourselves with the elements and the forces of the creative universe. We begin to realize that the universe is creative, that is conscious that is evolving, and are first level of evolution is someone linked to the evolution of the mystery that we called God. [Music Playing] Spirituality is experiential. Basically, in India to just brought out through yoga, but most people have misunderstanding of yoga. They created to it with the physical postures that they do in the yoga studio which are one components of yoga. But, yoga classically is divided into four types and they have to do with four basic instincts that human beings have being, feeling, thinking, and doing. So the yoga of being is meditations of reflection. The ability to shutoff the world of the sense, and go to the source of our own thought, is called Raja yoga. The second yoga is you called yoga of love a true relationship and on discerning that love is the ultimate truth of the heart of creation, and that true relationship we can move progressively form attraction to infatuation, to communion, to intimacy, to passion, to detachment, to ecstasy, which are ground states of the exultation of our spirits. So love and relationship is the second means of experiencing spirituality. Did somebody does not understand spirituality ask them if they were been in love? That is the experience of spirituality. The third way of undiscerning yoga or having the experience of spirit is service. When you perform service without any selfish motivation, is called Karma yoga. Then you also get in touch with the same domain of awareness that we called spirit and the fourth way of undiscerning spirituality is through the intellect, through the minds, through science, through understanding how the laws of nature work because the laws of nature are in fact the mind of the universe.
