(Music Playing) The first technique is a (double handed) Circular Effleurage. (Demo) I used counterclockwise circles. (Demo) This technique can also be done from the other side. (Demo) The next technique is called the Raking. (Demo) You basically spread your fingers and draw the hand towards your body. You can do this technique on the thighs, on the hips, and on the buttocks. (Demo) In the first video, I showed the circular friction with the fist. Here is an alternative to that technique is circular friction using the knuckles. (Demo) You can also do compression movements and always use the other hand to support the hip and to create some counter pressure. (Demo) I usually finished up the buttocks massage with some shaking movements. This massage can be done on the thighs, on the hip, and the buttocks. (Demo) Shaking movements can release deep tension, or increase the circulation, and relax the buttocks area. (Music Playing)
