Male Speaker: Hi! Everyone. I am Con here from Conikitv. We now return to do hips in different exercises. But I wanted to do and try and exercise that we do call a One Arm Deadlift. So it looks some thing like this. Okay, we use a dumbbell. You can use any dumbbell. You can even use a bottom of the wardrobe or just your hand if you want. But what doing is we are putting behind our backs. We squat down like this and put the dumbbell on the ground. And from there, we are up. Then squat down again and roll up. Okay, so just do a two couple. Good! Okay, the think to note is that my hands are behind me and I keep my body upright. I will do it one more time. Hand behind through the path, nice and tall, pushing everything up towards the sky. And do front, sit back and down that gives you an idea of how straight my back is? And then from there as I come up, I go up and come down and go up. Okay! So in conventional training we tend to do one side from the other side. So it looks something like this. So it's up one, two and now you might switch, up, up. Okay! Last thing to bear in mind your hand has to get to the top as you straighten your legs. So you got to coordinate. A few mistakes that people would make would be some thing like this and your leg, this needs to be down. So you don't need to be doing this sort of stuff. That's not a good thing. Okay, so I will just do a couple more and pretty cool, so you can see on this blog. Dumbbell is on the ground. We go up to it. Clear your path. Switch. Okay! That concludes the One Arm Deadlift.
