Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. These energy blasts are all about exercise and getting fit so join us. Come on, get up off that couch, because we are doing a really great African move. It is called the tribal walk. Watch carefully, here we go. Do not panic about this one. It is a little trickier. You are going out and in, watch our feet and knees, stay low. You might find you might get a little bit tired of this one so keep breathing. Add your arms, in and out. We are going to keep it slow first and we are going to up to tempo speed soon. You get strong bones from exercise and getting calcium. Where does calcium come from? Milk, cheese, yogurt and even broccoli so you have got to eat a lot of it as much as you can everyday. Let us try tempo speed. In out, looking good. Tribal walk, keep breathing. Exercise, it is great for you and it builds strong bones.
