Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome back to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising so come on and join us, let us go. Today’s move is an athletic move. It is called the speed skate, bring your feet together. We are going to move side to side, here we go. It is side, side, we are working strong arms, go and legs. You got it. Down and down, keep breathing. Try to cross it back a little bit. Think of those speed skaters going around the ice. You got it. Go. This move is going to make you strong to do all the things you love to do which is board, skateboard, soccer, you name it, it is going to make your arms and legs strong. Add some arms. Go. Good you got it. Speed skate, nice and strong. Keep breathing. Power, perfect, looking good, we will see you soon.
