Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome back to energy blast. Today’s move is really cool. It is called hot pepper so I want you to get off that couch, and join us come on let us go. We are going to start off slow first and then we are going to pick it up. Are you ready, starting with the right, five, six, seven eight. Go back and back and back and then you just walk it up. Cool walk up, your own style. Good, do it again. Go. (demonstration) Looking good. Ready one more time, slow. Now you know what, exercise is going to make you feel good about yourself so what you want to do is you want to do it everyday to have great self esteem. Here we go. Tempo, hot pepper.
