Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome back to energy blast. These energy blasts are great because they are going to make you feel great so get up off that couch, come on, join us. Today it is a Latin move and it is called the samba and it is a little bit trickier so I want you to be patient with yourself when you are trying to get the move. We are going to go over to one side first, here we go. You are taking it over, pretend you are tracking a soccer ball or you are doing a rock step. Good, let that body go at your own style, awesome job. Give me two on this side. Great, let us march it out. When you exercise, your body releases the chemical and it is called endorphins and they run all the way through your body and they give you a natural life. They make you feel great so that is why you want to exercise. Let us try it on the other side. Here we go. Over, good, if you want you can add your shoulders. Let it go. That is a little bit harder but give it a try. Loving Latin. Remember to exercise and endorphins, they are going to make you feel great.
