Hands together. Let us prepare to offer ourselves to our beloved. Let your body relax and wiggle your hips. Bring the body up, hands underneath the shoulders roll over the one side. We will do the goddess slide. Bending both knees, one knee comes up. Open the arm out. Watch the hand as you open it behind you. Let the head relax, letting the neck roll with the movement. Slide the hand along the side of the body up to the face, grace the face and release it at a circle of two. Bring the hand underneath the shoulder. Again, on the ground. We will do a cool brisling care and underneath the shoulders. Let the spine rise up, the heart raises towards the front. Rolling one shoulder, rolling the neck, looking behind you, opening up one shoulder at a time rolling the head back. Enjoy opening up the shoulders and the neck and the heart. Bending one knee, expressing yourself, it is the mode of this dance, not the moves. Rolling over to the other side, one arm is straight is the other one is opening up keeping the bottom leg bend so you have a nice balance. Making big circles with the arm and now slide the hand along the body to the face. Extend the arm and make circles again. You continue opening up and slide back down onto the ground. Bring the body up, use your hands. Onto the elbow, we are going to take both elbows behind us, both knees will be bent. One will stay on the ground, the other one will open up; drop the head back if you are comfortable here. It is a vulnerable position. We do not have to be face on with our focal point and just stay to side here. And now come up to the other elbow, open the arm a couple of times with the head roll with it. Back down onto the elbows going to the other side and coming up with the arm. Opening the arm up. We go into show girl legs. Bring both knees together, straight now. Both legs, point the toes. We will do many figurate with lower back and bending one knee out a time, criss, crossing the action. Alternating one foot at a time and do a little posterior so it is double time, double pulses on one side and then other. Drop the head if it is comfortable, otherwise bring the head up. Look towards your legs if it is okay and bring the feet to the ground. Bring the body up straight in the arms and open one knee out a time, basking on the sun. Allow yourself to feel the heat, visualize lying on the sun. Slide both knees behind you. We will do a little posterior, face forward again. Bring the chest down, scoop it down to one side. Now, up in the center, pulse with the pelvis. Forward with the chest, back with the pelvis. A little balance, roll the shoulders and then coming up. In your wrist up, practice a couple times just the wrist coming up and down. And then we will allow the whole hand and arm to get in to it, making a roller coaster, a wave with the arm. And now allow it to flute across the horizon of the body, push it out and bring it across the body again. Try it again, watching it. Mesmerize by the hands. Let us practice the other hand, the other wrist. Hand comes up just the wrist floats. And now let the wave of the whole hand and wrist float by your eyes and bring it around again and try it again. Breathing into the heart as you do this. Go on to the knees again. Bring a caution underneath your sit. We will make our offerings with flowers, scoop some flowers from the side of your body. Hold them in your hands, from your heart to bring them out. We will make a puja circle. A puja circle in the Hindu tradition as when we take the offerings and make a clockwise circle in front of your beloved, three times. Then from the heart offer the flowers out to your beloved feet and let them go. Okay, still sitting on the knees, large the hands between the thighs back at the hands together. Elbows touching almost squeeze the chest together if you can. Practice a little gazing, look to where is the shoulder and look forward very slowly right now, a little wiggle happening with the hips and the chest and
