Seduction with Arms. And offering from the heart, again, bring from the heart and release. Remove the pillow if you had it, and walk the hands forward. Separate the knees, walk down to your elbows, we will practice with a strong gaze here. Bring one hand underneath the chin, look forward, we will practice looking away and then towards the focal point. Wiggle the hip as you do this away, and towards the focal point. Walk the hands up again. Body rises up rolling one shoulder at a time, separate the hands, we will swoop the chest down in the center. As you reach the center, open the eyes, look towards the focal point, and come up to one side. Look away down in the center, look towards the focal point, to the other side, close the eye. And again, from side to side, breathe in, gaining courage and confidence. Roll the shoulders one by one, back up, move the knees over to one side, and again, chest forward. Lower the body really slowly this time. Get a little bounce in it, allowing yourself to play with the focal point. See what feels good to you, looking towards, looking away, see how long you can hold the gaze. Bringing the knees and the feet over to the other side again, push with the hips, chest forward, hips back, a little wiggle with the hips and the shoulders. Swoop, smaller swoops with a little bounce, letting the music get into the body, moving spontaneously, whatever feels good. Swoop forward and back. Keep a little smile on the face, an inner smile. Get comfortable. Move your cushion underneath your seat, arms go out. We are going to practice touching the body, right arm is out, take the left hand and slide it against the skin, all the way down, feel your skin, bring it around the head, and release that arm out. And now take your other hand, slide it down along the arm, this time going across the chest with the hand watching as it goes. Watch the hand the whole time ,and let it float and we will go to the other side. Slide the hand along the arm to the chest watching it the whole time, mesmerized by the hand. Bring the hand down to the thigh, up the side of the body, across the top of the chest, down the other side of the body, down to the thigh, we will go to the other side. Lie the hand from the thigh up the side to the chest around the breast, let the hand dance to the music, and release it, and now we will do a little belly offerings, from down, from the belly button up to the chest, and heart and release it forward, one at a time, gracefully opening the fingers as you release it forward. Offering from the heart, we are offerings to our beloved. Get into the mood, and the playfulness of this moment. This movement, this mood. And now the hips, take both hands to the hips and the thighs, hand around the neck, lie the hand down in front of the chest, around to the side, to the thigh, other side, bring the arm up and around to the back of the neck. Slide the hand down very slowly through the center of the chest to the thighs, the side, a little wiggle with the shoulders, walk the hands forward again, and either bring yourself down to your elbows or keep the arms straight, whatever is more comfortable for you right now. Practice the looking, the gazing, the back with the eyes, playing fully, looking forward and down, rock the head fully. It is very vulnerable. Trust that you are taking care of in this moment. Move your head to the side, wiggle your hips, look forward again. Spontaneously start moving the body, and let the flow come into the spine. Separate the knees, bringing the head up, torso around, spontaneously let your body move. Lose the gaze, and now let yourself go. The hips, the torso, the spine, move the body the way you feel like moving it. Walk the body up, walk the hands up, slowly keeping the mood remove the pillow. You are going to prepare to move up, but first we are going to come into a half squat, one foot is up on the toes, the other knee is down, one hand opening, and closing the thigh, elbo
