I think if I can do it, anybody can and I was there with these women are. I know exactly how difficult it was and how many I mean all the yoyo deity. I didn’t think it was ever going to come often. And it’s been 6 months since I kept it off and thanks Doctor Cogan and China keep track of what I am eating. And when I am putting and sure I have my toothpaste here and there but I work out. Because I know it really makes the difference. So I think anybody do it if they just look at it, its part of your life, its part of work when you wake up in the morning. It should be part of your routine in what you do, what you put in to your mouth and what you eat through out the day. What you do everyday that should be a part of that.
