Dr. Ann Kulze: As a physician, who has a personal crusade to motivate, inspire and ultimately empower as many peoples I can with the knowledge they need to live life. I am 100% committed to walking the walk that I talk, not only that Dr. Ann is truly into hard core wellness. Hard core wellness because it feel so good and because it can taste so good so I’m going to share with you five foods that I include in my life each and everyday. Five foods Dr. Ann who is completely 100% committed to hard core wellness where is she included her life each and everyday. Berries, red wine, nuts, freshly brewed tea and dark chocolate. You will say, oh help you living and healthy eating is so ward, no it’s easy and let me say it again. Berries, red wine, nuts, freshly brewed tea and dark chocolate now of course the dark chocolate, the nuts and the red wine are in prudent portions okay. So, I hope that makes the point to you that something that essential theme in my mission which is making sure people know that obtaining sensory pleasure from there food and eating to improve your health absolutely can go hands and hand okay. So health can absolutely taste delicious and you need to know that because you know why?
