Speaker: This is your Curtsy Lat Raise, I love this one it's a total body exercise you get from shoulder and lower body. So we are going to step back with one foot and the same arm is going to extend to the side in a lat raise. So lower for four counts one, two, three, four. Now when you get down here that front knee over the shoe laces back knee points down be mindful of those knees and relax your shoulder way from your ears, don't scrunch through the neck but relax it and then come back up for two counts. Let's try again lowering down we resist gravity one, two, three, four back up for two, hold your balance abs are always tight, one two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two. Great! Now do it on one side and then don't forget to repeat to the other side.
