Kick boxing is one of the best ways to firm and tone your entire body, but form and technique is super important for you to stay safe and be successful in your workout. Let's break down some of the upper body and the lower body moves to help you out. Beginning with the upper body. Take your hands into ready position, there you go. I want to begin with the Cross Punch. Go ahead and cross the body to the corner of the room. Now, thumb side, always hit with the front of your knuckle. Elbow is slightly soft and the power comes from the shoulder and the back. Go to the other side. Notice how she stands through. Always think about the power coming from the shoulder on the back. Taking it up to tempo, there you go, push, push. Now you always contract and hold for that split second. Excellent!
