Okay, stop. Now we are going to try something new. This one here is a quickness drill again and you are crossing over those. It is called the Cross Over Shuffle. Crossing your legs over, get your feet first and then speed it up. So remember, good footwork is really important for all the sports you play. Okay guys, try it. That is it, cross over. Working on foot speed, what is going to happen is your feet are going to be where you want them, when you want them, with any sport you play. When you are doing this foot tap quickness drills, stand with knees and hips slightly flexed. Keep the shoulders and arms pretty relaxed. Keep your balance over the ball of your feet and try not to stomp.
