Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody I'm Melanie Raposo, and welcome to mommy's minute, its important to maintain balance in your life in order to be physically, and mentally able to cope with all the every day challenges of being a mom. Here some tips on how to find that balance, first off start feeling like you have to give your kids everything in the world. This can quickly lead to a sense of failure, guilt and stress, also make time for yourself that's really important to take a bath, or go for storm, these moments will actually give you more energy to spend with your child. And don't stress over the little things. So you didn't do the laundry today, don't worry you'll get it done tomorrow, and finally don't loose side of the fact that your own person with unique interest and passions. So make sure to really maintain a strong sense of self that's probably the best lesson that you can teach your child.
