Ryan Miller: Hi! Ryan Miller coming back at you from traininglikeanathlete.com. Today, I have a four exercise: wand workout for rock hard abs without any sit-ups or crunches. Exercise one, we are going to do wand lift and we'll take it across our body. From my left for my right knee to my left shoulder. Time to do, you use the timer, 30 seconds. Take the other side, 30 seconds. Exercise number two, we are going to get in a push-up position. We'll grab another wand and this time, we are just going to push. All along maintain that base neutral spine, and belly button parallel to the mat, it will be 30 seconds. Switch hands, 30 seconds. Third exercise, we are just going to turn right around. Grab the wand, we are going to do just the opposite. This time we are going to pull instead of a push. Again keep your trunk parallel to the floor. Take your timer, 30 seconds, right arm, 30 seconds, your left arm. Final exercise, we are going to assume the side plank position, and keep your body and trunk parallel to the wall and you are going to pull. 30 seconds right arm, revolve and 30 seconds left arm.
