Ryan Miller: Hi Ryan Miller from traininglikeanathlete.com. Today's workout is one of my core blasting binary workouts. All you really need is a kitchen timer or a stopwatch. We are going to do six exercises. Set the stopwatch or timer for 30 seconds. We are going to knock them off back to back without rest. Our first exercise we are going to do is we assume the plank position. We extend our left arm and bring up left elbow to your right knee, trying to keep your target stable as possible. With that for 30 seconds, then we're going to switch sides. After 30 seconds, let's move onto our right side. We'll take our left arm, we are going to rotate underneath and up. We complete that for 30 seconds. We go into the other side, getting up the hips as high as you can, reach underneath, get some rotation in your jump. Our next exercise, we assume the same plank position. We are going to sit our right leg through, open up our hips, they point towards the ceiling, we turn the plank then hit the other sides. All into position, do that for 30 seconds. And our last exercise that I call extra. We lay on the mat, making extras on body. We'll take our right arm and bring up to our left foot, and the opposite side, come up and connect. Again keep that for 30 seconds. For knocking out all six, take a quick 30, 60 second rest, repeat two or three times. We had about 9, 12 minutes of 12 core blasting binary workout.
