Hi, this next move is called the superman. It is still working the core, but what is different about it, it engages your gluteus which is right back here. Okay, so what you want to think about doing is beyond all force. Again, nice strong, straight spine and together, I am going to lift my hand and extend my leg and arm out and hold a straight line and then you switch and extend out and hold. Okay girls, give it a try. And, extend out and hold try up not to twist great, good. Andrea is totally self corrected, that was perfect. And release, and again we are working the core which is the power center of our body. It is really important for any sport you do, any activity, hiking—go for it guys—soccer, football, whatever your activity and release. Great, so this move is call the superman. It is another core exercise. In summary, when doing these core exercises, have proper posture. In other words, keep your body in a straight line and try not to arch back. And remember, do not continue if you feel pain in your lower back. Rest and repeat it only as long as you can hold the posture without back pain.
