Hi, we are going to keep working on the core and I was just saying to Katie and Larry how important the core is because it is the power center of your body. So this move is called table leg. And again, we are coming for it now. There are really a couple things we are going to think about when you are working on this move. When you are up with all force, again you will think about nice straight line and then you are going to lift one leg, you try not to twist. So sometime what will happen is you will drop, you got to keep it nice and level. Okay, why do you not try it guys in one leg. Good, so really focus on my straight line, hips down. Good, now lift one leg and do not twist, good. Like hold it for 10 seconds and then switch sides. So again, your core muscles run from underneath your arms, trample sips, trample sips, keep it straight to your hips, good. So that is it, switch again. So this is called table top leg. Stay level, good and hold and hold and hold. Great job.
