This next core move is called Sit and Rotate. What you want to make sure you do is to sit in a nice, strong V. So, you do not want to drop through like C, nice and strong, and all you are going to do is you are going to take the ball and you are going to rotate side to side. Holding out nice and tall, working that core, good! Now the next step, if you want to give it a try, just make sure you stay on that V-position as you are taking your feet up. You can try one and then both, holding it. And then you sit and rotate again. And again, you want to make sure you do not drop. Hold that, and now I am going to try it from the front so you can see what it looks like from the front. So again, from the feet, nice and tall, rotate using that core. And then if you feel like you are ready for the next step, feet up, holding, do not drop, lift up, good! And then you rotate. Okay, let us give it a try. That is it, good. Okay, so nice and tall, V-sit, you could try to come back a little bit more if you can because you are really upright. That is better. A little bit more, can go a little bit more? Perfect, holding! Good! Rotating through, okay, Cassandra, try your feet. Take that challenge. Awesome! Try lifting your feet up guys, just for the challenge. See if you can do it. Now, if you cannot do it, do not worry about it. Just come back to the original position. Good! Remember, sitting up nice and tall. Okay, a little bit too far back. Okay, let us hold that for a second, shoulders up tall, there you go. This one is called Sit and Rotate. Okay, keep going, dropping your shoulders, good!
