This next core move is called knee drives and it is focuses on rotational strength. So you are going to come up in all force. Okay, nice and strong, neutral spine and you are going to bring your knee in, drive it through. Try not to drop through your hips using those stomach muscles to rotate and then switch sides then driving it through and you try and keep it in one smooth move. Okay, give it a go you guys. Okay Cassandra, so nice neutral spine, driving it through, rotating with those abdominals, good try, and strips it to the hip.
