Having a supportive spouse has been incredible for me. Having a supportive spouse has given me the strength to think that every day I can get through this. He reminds me that people still love me no matter my issues, no matter what is going on with me personally, and not having to be in hiding is incredibly liberating. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and probably gives me less anxiety actually, than I realized.
