Host: What can I do if I’m in an unhealthy relationship? Gwendolyn Francavillo: It’s important for you to reach out, so if you’re feeling secluded in a relationship? That might be one warning sign there, so if you and that person are the only people you’re spending time with, that might be a warning sign. You wanna reach out to your friends, to your family, if it’s the extreme situation where you’re feeling emotionally or physically or even sexually abused, you might wanna get counseling yourself or a couple of counseling, but if you’re feeling fear or afraid of that person, you really wanna get away from that person. So you might be reaching out to a rape crisis center or a counseling center in campus, off campus and really distancing yourself from that person to really regroup and determine if that’s the best relationship for you.
