Lianne Phillipson-Webb: Okay so I think our fish and our potatoes are all ready to go. To check your potatoes very simply, let's get a knife, as you put your knife into the potato, it should go in without resistance and it's ready to go. As for your fish it just needs to flake. So, we've got it flaking very nicely there and then you know that it's cooked. So we will bring that over and get it plated up. Melanie Raposo: That looks good! Lianne Phillipson-Webb: As I said this may be a much too big portion for you right now so cutting it in half and then serving that upon your plate or this obviously could be something for two. Just as a single portion you may find that that's enough with your nice big salad and you can keep the rest for tomorrow. Melanie Raposo: That's great! Lianne Phillipson-Webb: Here we go! And your baked potato, well some people like to have butter on your baked potato. Some people like to put on cheese whatever takes your fancy and then I'd mentioned about squeezing a little bit of lemon onto that. And here we go. Dinner! And perhaps for tomorrow, for something quick tomorrow you could have your salmon. You could break it up; you could sprinkle it on top of your salad. You could cook extra baked potatoes as I've done. Take it out, just chop it up, mash it up with potato masher, add in your left over salmon. Make the mint a Pattie shape and then you've got a fish cake. Melanie Raposo: Oh! Lianne Phillipson-Webb: Very-very versatile and a lot of these things can go a lot further than what you're just having for dinner. So always cooking a little bit extra, buying something that's a little bit larger will help you. You've got food for the next two to three days and in a busy lifestyle, we all need a little bit of extra prep for us so -- Melanie Raposo: Yes! Sure. Lianne Phillipson-Webb: We've already done it.
