Henry Do, MD Hospitalist/Regional Medical Officer It’s hard to medic complications but the main complication that we like to look for is the eyes for one, it can develop what we call retinopathy in the eyes, it can develop vascular problems meaning you’re a high risk for stroke, high risk for heart attack. You got kidney complications leading for guest to have chronic kidney disease and that gets much worst if we’ve been, if we cant progress to renal failure being on dialysis. It can develop with cardiorrhaphy meaning you get pain and numbness in your hands and your feet its nerve damage.
