In my practice of knee surgery and the ratio of PCL to ACL injuries is about—ACL to PCL is 10 ACL’s for one PCL so it’s not as common. You see it in a couple different settings. You’ll see where you have an isolated tear and then you’ll see it when it’s combined with other ligaments.
