The most common associated ligament injury with a posterior crucial ligament is the structures and what’s called the posterolateral corner. And that’s in the back and on the side of the knee. And if you have both a PCL and a posterolateral corner injury knee, that’s a very unstable knee. Those are the ones that usually require surgery.
