Robert Troch: Today we are doing 30-30, 30 chin ups and 30 push ups, pretty good? If you are not quite there yet, you can go back to previous episodes and try some of the modifications. Doing continuous exercise is a great way to build upper body strength and cardio vascular fitness, are you ready? Jen: I am ready. Are you ready Robert? Robert Troch: Yeah, I think so. Two and a half minutes. 22, 22, eight more Robert, 23, 23, okay the endurance, mental power, 24, 24. Wow, he is superb, 25, oh; he's going, 25, five more. You are at three minutes and forty seconds. Five more, come on, pump them all out Robert. 25, 25. Robert Troch: Okay. Jen: It's okay. Continue his exercise, 26, 26, 27, 27, keep those elbows in. He is breaking the sweat now. 28, 28, two more Robert, come on pump it out. 29, 29, come on Robert, five minutes. 30, keep those shoulders down. 30, good job. Five minutes and fifteen seconds.
