[Music playing] [Caption] Get Exercised with Dina Prioste Episode 39 Cobbler Hotness Hi I am Dina Prioste and welcome to Get Exercised. Today we have restore those stretch as supported Cobblers Pose, and you will need a belt with a loop that you can adjust and it can go like this. That is optional. To come in to supported Cobblers Pose, lay out some padding, so a pillow, blankets, whatever you want to use you can stock pillows, I would like to fold the blanket up under knees, so my head is a little bit higher. Come to sit in front of the padding with the soles and feet together and the knees wide, take your looped belt strap around your waist and then around the feet. So, you got neat little thing going on here. Now, from here you are just going to tighten the strap. As much as you comfortably can to bring those heels end. So, basically the strap is going to hold you in this stretch. Now, it should not be torture, do not torture yourself on this pose. So, you are going to come to lie down, you should be over lie down comfortably and be able to stay here for a few minutes. Making the adjustment you need to if you need to loosen the strap, loosen the strap if you need to tight it and tight that, it is just your patty in relax here close the eyes. So, this pose is definitely about relaxing. The more you let go, the more your chest muscles are opening, you will gain a little back then, and the more your hips are opening. I have a little confidence, body confidence exercise for you today. I am someone that is very comfortable in my body and it is not to say that I am perfect looking or you know everyone has to agree with me but it is really just a mind set that I have that I think anybody should be able to get into. No matter what size you are, I want you to go, stand in front of the mirror, preferably full length and optional if you want to take off your clothes, take up your clothes but if are at work do not do that because I will get in trouble for doing that. I do not want to get sued for making people, make it at work. Go from there, look at that mirror, look at all of your features and pick one feature that is really hot right now, the way it is right now. And just observe what is there so if you are some whose voluptuous do not say, oh, I am thin and focus on thinness, focus on the beauty of your curves and how hot that feature is right now. So, it could be your hair, ear lobes, nails, I do not care what you pick. Yes, I got a nice butt. I like my butt. Bind away to think about that, the hotness of that feature all day long, no matter what you are doing, just keep thinking about how beautiful that feature is. Absolutely Mr. Jenkins, I have this back to you by five, I got a nice butt, peanut butter, garbage bags, I have got a nice butt and oh toilet paper.
