Speaker: The Clock Squats are all about the buns because are going to do a lot of squat. So place yourself on the face of a clock with your 12o'clock to the front and you are going to step wide, wider than shoulder with apart over to 9. Now we are going to sink down into a squat on four counts, one, two, three, four, toes are straight on, knees over the tops of the shoe laces, sit back in that imaginary chair, hands for counterbalance. Come up for two in pivot to your 12o'clock. So one, two, turning this toe straight on, come down four, three, two, yes squeeze your buns and now pivot here we go, up and quarter turn, one, two, three, four come up, one, two, sit back in that imaginary chair, four counts down slow and controlled and back up for two. Alright so make your clock go around then reverse and go counter clockwise several times.
