Hey it’s Coach Nick. I'm going to show you a little safer way to do your climbing pushups. It’s safer on your wrist with to be specific. First off, there is nothing wrong with a clapping pushup. These old—here, singles, double whatever. But, some people have wrist problems or you don’t want to create further wrist problems also you have to play football. Wrestlers are already getting slammed out from falling, people like you so what if you already have a beat up wrist. So if you're trying to save your wrist but you don’t want to increase the overall power, force upper body, here is how you can kick your power with minimal stretch on the wrist and a joint friendly five minute pushups. Start at the center of them and now I'm going to come down, we want to come up and land on the boxed. Then I step off—without a quick more enticing— [Demonstration] So basically, the same in—I screwed up. I'm not coming down from this height all the way down. When I come up, I'm landing on something at of equal height or so my wrist is minimal. So, you want to save your wrist, keep the power, try this version.
