So this exercise is the chin up and it's different from the pull up and a chin up, you are griping the bar this way and it works a lot more biceps than a regular pull up which is working a lot more tricep. I am sorry latissimus dorsi right through here. So a chin up is done just like this. You hold the little bit closer in, when you do a chin up and again the first part of the exercise is to retract the scapula. So basically you stick your chest out when you pinch your shoulder blade together. So again retract the scapula like that and then keeping your shoulders down, you can pull yourself all the way up. How to do this incorrectly is to keep the shoulders up like this the whole time and pull up that one. So again correctly is retract this scapula and leave them down like that.
