Travis: Kelly. Kelly: Thank you. Travis: We've got the men in black here to taken care of you. Dr. Drew Ordon: So, Travis and Kelly believe it or not, we can fix her weak chin without plastic surgery. What we're going to do is an injection, chin augmentation with Dr. Chopra. We're using Radiesse, which is a bone like substance. It's Calcium Hydroxyapetite. Ideally for people you want your chin projection to hit that line straight down from your lips. Kelly's a little retrusive here, so what we want to do is bring out that part of her chin and what we call the prejowl sulcus. We're going to start with some marking, lean back for us Kelly. We've marked the mid-line. She has that nice, natural cleft, which we're going to maintain and there are static units to the chin, we don't want to just put a ball of material there, we want to maintain her cleft, high points here and here and fill her in the prejowl sulcus. Dr. Chopra has already done a mental nerve block for her, so she anesthetized and right before you eyes, we're going to give her that chin. Travis: Is this permanent? Dr. Drew Ordon: This will last about a year, okay. So as far as fillers go, this is one of the longer lasting fillers. Travis: Okay. Travis: Alright. Kelly: Alright, ready. Dr. Drew Ordon: Alright gentleman, thank you very much. This injection is actually down deep, right on the bone, up on the bone, I can feel the Periosteum. Travis: Drew, it hardens once you inject it. Dr. Drew Ordon: It's directly on the bone, it's going to. So what we're doing, we're actually creating what we call a bolus or we're creating that ball of her chin first on either side and we watch how much each of us are putting in. It helps doing this two of us together but you see that right before our eyes, she is starting to get that chin, do you see that? Travis: And you don't feel a thing, right Kelly? Kelly: Thank God, no. Dr. Drew Ordon: See already that projection is starting to come out, but we need a little bit more. Travis: So, once you put it in there, do you try to mold it like you were with your -- Dr. Drew Ordon: Absolutely, this is like a tissue putty, I'll be able to mold it. Travis: And then if you for instance molded it and then you want to make adjustments, can you make adjustments later? Dr. Drew Ordon: For a couple of days actually, you can by doing your molding you can, you can improve this. Travis: And what everyone wants to know, is how much there's something like this cost. Dr. Drew Ordon: Okay, you know each one of these syringes is going to be above a $1000, so Chin Augmentation about $2000 total and this is, that's all based on the material itself. Travis: Clearly people in audience didn't go to med school. Dr. Drew Ordon: So, I'm going to go now to what we call this prejowl sulcus that I'm going to enhance not only her chin but her, are you feeling that? Kelly: No. Dr. Drew Ordon: Now the other thing here with this Radiesse, that we've mixed it with novacaine lidocaine. Travis: We're going to checking with Kelly a little bit later to see how her new chin turned out. I want everyone to look at this shot of Kelly's chin before the procedure and now we've got Kelly up here post procedure and look at that chin. This is before in profile and now the profile after.
