My name is Nancy McBride, I have worked for the National Center for Missing & Exploited children. Today we are going to talk about what kids need to know when they are flying unaccompanied and what parents and guardians can do to help safeguard that trip. I will give you some tools and resources that you can use and discuss it with your and before we do that, think just a minute about what you were taught when you were a child. Do those same safety messages work today and are these things that we should be teaching our kids that are more updated, that are more effective? I have been with National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since 1990, I have been in this field for over 20 years and I have written a numbers of publications and articles on this subject and many others. So, let us get started, let us talk about some of the rules are, if your child needs to fly unaccompanied.
