Hi! I am Pam Ofstein, Director of Nutrition eDiets. Today, you are here with me to make chicken vesuvio. This great flavorful wholesome meal is from deliciously yours meal delivery plan. With only a handful of ingredients, it is a very basic and simple dish. Cut your bread potato into quarters and bake. You are going to place the chicken breast into a steamer basket, and then place in a saucepan. The sauce pan should contain about a quarter cup of water so that we can steam the chicken. Steam for about five to seven minutes until internal temperature is a 168 degrees Fahrenheit. When the chicken is cooked, pour the juices into a heavy frying pan, add the garlic and the herbs, one or two cloves of chopped garlic and about a teaspoon of chop rosemary. Add the chicken stack and about one cup of water and bring to a boil. Mix a small amount of water with a half a teaspoon of cornstarch to make a slurry. You will notice that it will begin to thick in a little bit. Then add to the chicken stack pan. You are going to heat the sauce through until it begins to thicken and add potatoes and the chicken. Put a half cup of water on to boil. Then put the peas in the boiling water and stir. Now take your mixture potatoes and chicken and place it on a dish, you can add the peas right to the side.
