Hi! I am Pam Ofstein, Director of Nutrition eDiets. Today, you are here with me to make chicken vesuvio. This great flavorful wholesome meal is from deliciously yours meal delivery plan. With only a handful of ingredients, it is a very basic and simple dish. Cut your bread potato into quarters and bake. You are going to place the chicken breast into a steamer basket, and then place in a saucepan. The sauce pan should contain about a quarter cup of water so that we can steam the chicken. Steam for about five to seven minutes until internal temperature is a 168 degrees Fahrenheit. When the chicken is cooked, pour the juices into a heavy frying pan, add the garlic and the herbs, one or two cloves of chopped garlic and about a teaspoon of chop rosemary. Add the chicken stack and about one cup of water and bring to a boil. Mix a small amount of water with a half a teaspoon of cornstarch to make a slurry. You will notice that it will begin to thick in a little bit. Then add to the chicken stack pan. You are going to heat the sauce through until it begins to thicken and add potatoes and the chicken. Put a half cup of water on to boil. Then put the peas in the boiling water and stir. Now take your mixture potatoes and chicken and place it on a dish, you can add the peas right to the side. Well, thanks for joining me for this delicious meal, whether you have it delivered straight to your door or you make it at home, it is still delicious.
